Property Manager
Chelsea is a licensed SC Property Manager and started with FYVE in 2022 after relocating from Ohio. She started as a leasing agent and worked her way up over the 7 years she has been in the Property Management industry. Chelsea’s previous accomplishments has included winning Property of the Year and also winning Leasing Agent of the Year three times. Since moving down to the Hilton Head area she has enjoyed meeting new people, hanging out at the beach and spending time with family.
Brandi Knox
Property Manager
Brandi Knox is a licensed GA/SC Realtor and Portfolio Manager at FYVE Realty. She began her real estate career in 2002 focusing on new development and single-family homes. Throughout her 20+ years as a professional she has worked in real estate, banking, and accounting. For the last 4 years her career focus has been commercial and residential portfolio management as well as single-family home sales. When not working, you will find Brandi active outdoors (if the sun is shining) or searching for a quaint coffee café.
