Customizable Service
From a low, flat-fee price of $99 – $229 per month to a monthly fee that includes all the add ons, we let you pick and choose the services you want at the price you want. For instance, you may not want landscaping or pet clean up, and that’s okay. With our à-la-carte-menu style of options, you can pay for exactly what you want, and not for what you don’t. Plus, with our basic flat fee, you get all the essentials, including tenant management, maintenance facilitation, payment processing and more.
Superior Tenant Management
Once your home is market-ready, meaning clean and vacant, we promise to get a quality tenant in there within 30 days. If we don’t, that’s on us. This means that you won’t be charged any management fees until we secure a new tenant. Plus, the marketing materials we put together through photo shoots and video production to help showcase your property will be yours to keep at no additional cost.
Before we fill your property, we make sure every prospective tenant goes through a comprehensive background check. If for whatever reason your tenant breaks their lease, you don’t have to worry. We make sure there’s nearly no downtime between tenants so we can maximize your profits. As an added benefit, you can opt for our Eviction Protection Guarantee which promises that any time a renter gets evicted from one of your properties, we will fill it for free.
