We relocated here from WV and Staci Cain made it such a breeze. She was so patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner and let me just say, I had a lot. We did a walk-through with Staci and FYVE addressed all of our concerns before move-in day. Their tenant portal is excellent, and the service department has a very quick turnaround time for minor repairs when we’ve had to contact them, which is very much appreciated. We’ve been with FYVE for almost a year and Staci is still very much available to answer any questions. She has always been very professional and personable. I highly recommend FYVE Realty.
