You must have no outstanding balances. Bankruptcies must be discharged and older than 3 years.
Rental History
You must be in good standing with your previous landlord, meaning you cannot owe any landlord or utility company money.

Under $850
- Credit Score of 580 or higher
- 3x the amount of rent in gross income
- Evictions must be paid and over 5 years old and have 2 years of verifiable reestablished rental history
- Criminal history per state guidelines
- Can’t owe any landlord money or utility company money
- Good rental history
- Bankruptcies must be older than 3 years and must be discharged
Co-Signer Qualifications
Any rent
- Credit Score of 700 or higher
- Have to own a home in the state in which the applicant is applying for the house
FYVE Pet Policy
- What are the fees to have a pet?
There is no pet deposit. Pet rent is $50/month per pet - How many pets can i have?
Tenants are allowed up to two (2) pets - What is the weight limit of dogs?
For the safety and comfort of all our residents, we do not allow breeds that exceed a mature weight of 75 lbs. Thank you for your understanding.” - Are all breeds accepted?
