Tara Armstrong a native of Western Pennsylvania, Tara came to Virginia after working in real estate on the coast in Wilmington, North Carolina for over a decade. She holds both the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation with the Community Association Managers International Certification Board and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation with Community Associations Institute where she has volunteered her time to legislative action committees and the local chapter. Tara is a proud graduate of The University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
