Linda Parker has been in association management for over 18 years, managing single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, business plazas, and large-scale communities. Having started as an administrative assistant for an international management company, she quickly rose to the position of community manager working in Development Services alongside major community builders such as Pulte Homes, DR Horton, and Meritage Homes, transitioning new communities to homeowner-controlled associations. Through her roles as a Community Director, the Director of Client Services, and eventually Vice President of Operations she has established herself as a valuable resource with a working knowledge of the day-to-day operations of association management. She is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is actively pursuing her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
